Brian K. Williams, MBA
A lifelong resident of Northeastern Ohio, Pastor Brian accepted the role of senior pastor at Water Church in February 2020, and was immediately faced with guiding the church through COVID. Rather than declining, the church's numbers grew and continue to do so. He is currently employed full-time as a market manager for PNC's Community Development Banking.
For nine years, he served as associate pastor at Dayspring Family Church in North Canton, Ohio, under Senior Pastor Richard L. Bennett, during which time, he also mentored teenagers in Stark County's foster care system as they neared emancipation from the system.
With nearly 30 years in the financial services sector, Pastor Brian's previous role at PNC was as executive director for the PNC Fairfax Connection. He currently serves on the boards of the Greater Cleveland YMCA and the Children’s Defense Fund of Ohio.

Cyndie Rogers
In addition to her role as the ministries director, overseeing the various ministries in Water Church, Pastor Cyndie also serves on the Worship Team and directs the church's 25-member choir.
Having 30 years experience in ministry, she served as a full-time senior pastor of a 300-member congregation in the Akron area. In addition to providing senior leadership, her role also includes preaching, teaching, outreach and pastoral care.
Pastor Cyndie owns and operates Painting and Such, a residential painting service, and Heart for the World, an inspirational art business.
