Brian K. Williams, MBA
A lifelong resident of Northeastern Ohio, Pastor Brian accepted the role of senior pastor at Water Church in February 2020, and was immediately faced with guiding the church through COVID. Rather than declining, the church's numbers grew and continue to do so. He is currently employed full-time as a senior vice president, market executive for 717 Credit Union.
For nine years, he served as associate pastor at Dayspring Family Church in North Canton, Ohio, under Senior Pastor Richard L. Bennett, during which time, he also mentored teenagers in Stark County's foster care system as they neared emancipation from the system.
With nearly 30 years in the financial services sector, Pastor Brian previously held positions at PNC Bank as a market manager in their Community Development Banking division and prior to that, he served as the executive director for the PNC Fairfax Connection. He currently serves on the executive board of the Greater Cleveland YMCA.

Associate Pastor
Cyndie Rogers
Serving as ministry director, Pastor Cyndie oversees and helps coordinate events, activities and curriculum of Water Church's numerous ministries. She is also a member of the Worship Team and directs the church's 25-member choir.
Having more than 30 years experience in ministry, she previously served as a full-time senior pastor of a 300-member congregation in the Akron area. In addition to providing senior leadership, her role also includes preaching, teaching, outreach and pastoral care.
Pastor Cyndie owns and operates Painting and Such, a residential painting service, and Heart for the World, an inspirational art business.

Water Church members are elected by the congregation to serve on the Board of Trustees. Deacons and Elders are appointed by the senior and associate pastors.
